Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has made six changes from the Carabao Cup win over Aston Villa in midweek for the Premier League clash away to Fulham at Craven Cottage.

There is a return in goal for David de Gea, who was rested for the game against Villa in midweek, with Martin Dubravka deputising for the Spaniard.

With the suspended Diogo Dalot out for this game, there is a start for Tyrell Malacia, who will slot in at right-back. Victor Lindelof also keeps his place from midweek as he partners Lisandro Martinez at the heart of the United defence.

In the attacking positions, there is a return to the starting line-up for Bruno Fernandes, who will captain United this afternoon, and there is also a start for Anthony Elanga on the right-hand side of what looks like a 4-2-3-1 formation.

Anthony Martial starts his first game for United in the league since the 2-1 victory over Everton, which is a welcome boost for United and their manager.

Marco Silva makes two changes to his side. Fulham were forced to make two changes from the side that so nearly got a result against Manchester City as Kenny Tete and Harrison Reed are out because of suspension. The pair are replaced by Bobby De Cordova-Reid, who has returned from his own suspension and captain Tom Cairney, who comes in for Reed in Fulham’s midfield.

Fulham are without key striker Aleksander Mitrovic, with Carlos Vinicuis leading the line for Marco Silva’s side.

Fulham are likely to line-up in a 4-2-3-1 formation, with ex-Red Andreas Pereira expected to play as the number 10, with Willian and Harry Wilson occupying the wide positions.

Fulham XI: Leno, Robinson, Ream, Diop, De Cordova-Reid, Palhinha, Cairney, Willian, Pereira, Wilson, Vinicius.

Manchester United XI: De Gea, Malacia, Martinez, Lindelof, Shaw, Eriksen, Casemiro, Fernandes, Elanga, Rashford, Martial.
