Ahead of Manchester United’s clash with Everton, the players have been pictured in training.
United will be taking this competition seriously as they look to clinch a first major trophy since 2017 and maintaining those high standards in training gives Erik ten Hag’s side the best opportunity of winning silverware.
Antony was pictured in training, which will be a boost for ten Hag as he missed the game against Bournemouth on Tuesday night, which United won 3-0 to cement their place in the top four.

Raphael Varane, who did not feature in the 3-0 win over Bournemouth, was seen pictured by the photographer at Carrington and he is contention to starting against the Toffees.

Diogo Dalot was also at training as the United players were out through their paces for the clash against Frank Lampard’s Everton. Dalot has a good chance of starting, given that he came on for Aaron Wan-Bissaka in the second half of the win over the Cherries.
With so many games coming up, ten Hag might use this as an opportunity to give some minutes to those on the periphery but he will want to name a team that is as strong as possible as United have ambitions of going all the way to the final at Wembley. The manager will need to strike the right balance, between keeping the squad happy, whilst achieving United’s trophy objectives.
