With speculation rife, as reported by us Click here, that Ole Gunnar Solksjaer is said to be getting a huge sum of money to spend on improving the side, this summer, could somebody who has impressed immensely at Tottenham Hotspur be a possible / probable signing?
The player in question is Christian Eriksen and the red-top publication, the Mirror, is reporting that Manchester United would be willing to offer the 27-year-old triple the salary he is currently on at the North London club.
Although Eriksen remains one of Tottenham’s prize assets and they’re hoping he’ll grace their new stadium for years to come yet, the lack of silverware the club has won, or indeed are likely to win, since Eriksen joined the club, could be an enticing factor when it comes to deciding on a possible move to Old Trafford.
