With the ongoing suspension of all the major leagues, in European football, it remains to be seen what impact it will have when it comes to clubs purchasing players this summer.

In the last few weeks, speculation has been rife as to where the future of the Birmingham City teenager, Jude Bellingham, lies.

Our latest contribution to the tangled web appeared as – manchester-united-target-unsure-of-where-his-future-lies – with Vital Manchester United pointing out the youngster had some serious thinking to do.

However, the options available to Jude could, according to The Mirror have been reduced with it being inferred that, on the back of our opening gambit relating to purchasing players this summer, Borussia Dortmund have decided to abandon their plans for the player.

Sat here in the editorial chair, I can’t help thinking that the path to Jude Bellingham becoming a Manchester United player has just opened up.

Fingers crossed that I’m right.
