Fears Expressed That Spanish Club Are Poised To Strike If United Striker’s Contract Talks Break Down

Just recently, following speculation in the media, we covered how it looked very much as if a duo of French stars, at Old Trafford, were looking to put pen-to-paper on new deals.

Our article, Click Here, covered how the disillusionment felt by Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial during the last days of the Jose Mourinho era, had evaporated following the arrival of Ole Gunnar Solsklaer.

However, we should, until the ink is dry on those new contracts, take anything for granted.

The news source, the Daily Mail, is reporting that as far as 23-year-old Martial is concerned, the Spanish side, Sevilla, are poised to make a move for the forward if the proposed new contract, at Old Trafford, fails to get completed.

Let’s hope that it is all plain-sailing and Martial signs on the dotted line, since Solksjaer arrived Martial’s form has been superb, to lose him now would be a bitter pill to swallow.
