United Could Be Forced To Change Their Minds Over Striker Move

|

All summer I’ve been of the opinion that Alexis Sanchez will not be part of the Manchester United squad once the transfer window here and in Europe were closed.

In fact, I’ve been ready, for some time now, to write my farewell piece.

However, as I’ve learned in the past, I really should take nothing for granted.

It appears that Sanchez could, as they say, get a stay of execution.

According to The Guardian any proposed loan move, to Inter Milan, for the 30-year-old Chilean striker has currently been placed on hold whilst Manchester United anxiously await the results of scans carried out on our French forward, Anthony Martial.

Clearly, there are fears that Martial could, if the scan results are not favourable, be sidelined for some time.

If that is the case, then Ole Gunnar Solksjaer will not want to leave himself short in the striking stakes.

Could this latest scenario see Sanchez Old Trafford career take an upward turn when it was generally accepted that his time with the club, after a disappointing move from Arsenal, was up?

I know about how good greenwood and Gomez are, but I’m still wondering why nobody is talking about tabith Chong, I’ve been studying this guy for months now, he is amazing and I’m sure he will do well playing for the senior team. He is a talented guy.
