United Striker Could Still Be Moved On This Summer

|

The transfer window in this country may be closed but it is still open on the continent.

Quite whether that’s fair or not is open to debate.

But although we acknowledge that Ole Gunnar Solksjaer cannot bring any new players to the club, at least not until the January transfer window opens, there is still the chance we could see some players leave Old Trafford.

One such player who, if the transfer speculation we’ve come across today is correct, could be leaving is Alexis Sanchez.

The Chilean does not feature in Solksjaer’s plans and looks to be heading to Serie A with two sources inferring that to be the case.

The first source, gazzetta.it, implies that Inter Milan want to do a loan deal for the striker, whilst Sky Sports Italy suggests that Sanchez agent is in the UK to discuss the aforementioned loan deal.

As for the player, The Sun, states that the Chilean trained with the rest of the squad yesterday morning.

Now we’ve no reason to doubt that a deal will get done but I sincerely hope it is not one of those deals where Inter Milan acquire his services but Manchester United end up footing a large part of his weekly salary.
