United Believe Bellingham ‘Could create History’

Moments ago some journalists close to Manchester United revealed that Erik Ten Hag is an admirer of Jude Bellingham and would like to bring him to Old Trafford.

Manchester Evening News Chief Manchester United writer Samuel Luckhurst has reported that senior sources at United believe that Bellingham could help their drought of no Premier League since 2013.

Ten Hag has also said to a person close to him that if he could sign any player it would be the Borussia Dortmund midfielder. It has also been mentioned that some Manchester United officials believe that the Englishmen can fill the role of a box-to-box midfielder which Paul Pogba could not fill.

With Ten Hag being an enthusiast for the former Birmingham player, the United manager also is to believed to have watched some of Dortmund’s games this season to look at Bellingham’s development.

BBC football reporter, Simon Stone has also been reporting that officials at the club think that that they can give the youngster a ‘compelling case’ of why he should join.

All of this information indicates that the Red Devils are very much in the run-in to sign the 19-year-old. Bellingham who has been linked with moves to Liverpool, Real Madrid and Manchester City has impressed at the World Cup in Qatar, hence why so many clubs want to sign him.

However, the problem for these clubs including United, is how they go about trying to secure his signature at their club. Many people think Liverpool are the front runners in this race but could United take this transfer away from their rivals?
