Today, as you’d expect when it comes to such a big-name player, there is further speculation relating to the Spaniard.
The French press, aware that Paris Saint-Germain are interested in acquiring de Gea are fearful that the French club could be beaten to the signature of the 28-year-old by the Serie A giants, Juventus.
Now, if I were de Gea, I’d be more attracted to a spell in Italian football, a more competitive league, than furthering my career in French football, wouldn’t you?
