I Believe United Striker Will Leave The Club This Summer But As For A Destination….

|

The future of Romelu Lukaku continues to generate more than its fair share of media column inches.

In fact, it’s got to the stage where I’m starting to believe there’s no smoke without fire when it comes to Lukaku leaving Old Trafford.

To illustrate this point perfectly, I’ve two pieces of transfer tittle-tattle that offer potential destinations for the 26-year-old Belgian forward.

The first comes courtesy of the Times which carries the insinuation that Manchester United would be perfectly willing to let Lukaku join Inter Milan if the Italian club cough up a fee said to be in the region of £80 million.

I bet they would.

The second comes courtesy of the Express which infers that Lukaku is interesting the Ligue 1 champions, Paris Saint-Germain.

Returning to the ‘no smoke without fire’ analogy my view is that Lukaku has played his last game for the club and that the striker is destined for a move this summer, but where is something we’ve yet to totally unravel.
