Why wait until the summer?
With the January transfer window now would it not be best to get rid now?
What am I talking about you may well be asking!
Well, it is the future of Paul Pogba, a player that has, probably, generated more column inches than any other at Old Trafford, recently, when it comes to his future.
Today, The Mirror is championing the suggestion that, after accepting the 27-year-old midfielder will not put pen-to-paper on a new contract, the club are willing to sell the player in the summer.
If that is the case, why wait, why not invite any interested parties to the discussion table now and see if a deal can be hammered out that will see Pogba sent on his way.
The Frenchman has, this season, once again flattered to deceive and has not lived up to the potential we know he has.
Besides, a January sale could see the injection of some much needed cash t finance a deal for somebody who does want a career at Old Trafford.
Is there anyone else out there who is thinking along similar lines to me?
