Another Winger Could Be On Manchester United’s Wish-List

|

Another three weeks of a government-imposed lock down, courtesy of the COVID-19 pandemic enveloping the globe, doesn’t auger well for the immediate resumption of the Premier League 2019 / 2020 season.

With no live football to savour we’re, once again, left to rotate the pages of Vital Manchester United with pieces of transfer speculation.

The latest piece we’ve stumbled upon comes courtesy of the Italian media source, Sky Sports which infers that Manchester United are among a gaggle of clubs interested in the Fiorentina winger, Federico Chiesa.

The 22-year-old, according to our source, is said to be interesting Juventus, Inter Milan and Manchester United.

Furthermore, it seems that a deal could be ready to be struck with Fiorentina remarking he could be sold if the price was right.

Which brings me perfectly back to the opening few gambits of this article and that COVID-19 pandemic which is forcing us to watch copious amounts of television with ‘The Price Is Right’ being one of the numerous quiz shows I’ve sat through to while away the hours of boredom.

But, would a move for Federico Chiesa be something you’d approve of?
