Who Man United women could draw in fifth round

Manchester United women booked their spot in the fifth-round of the women’s FA Cup with a 2-1 victory over Sunderland away from home. 

United will learn their opponents tonight on BBC Sportsday show between 6.30pm UK time and 7pm UK time and in this article, we will take a look at the teams who Marc Skinner’s side could face in the Last 16 of the FA Cup. There are strong sides that are in the draw, including Chelsea Women and Arsenal Women, two sides who United are competing against for the WSL title.

Manchester City Women – Gareth Taylor’s side booked their spot in the Last 16 with a 7-0 victory over Sheffield United.

Coventry United Ladies – The Midlands side beat Hashtag United 4-0 in what was a comprehensive win.

Arsenal Women – Arsenal Women trounced Leeds Ladies 9-0 to comfortably book their place in the fifth-round.

Brighton & Hove Albion Women – There was another heavy trashing as Brighton put 7 past West Brom without reply.

Durham Women – The North East side beat Crystal Palace 3-0 at Maiden Castle Sports Centre.

Reading Women – United beat Reading 1-0 last weekend but they responded with a penalty shootout win over Leicester, having drawn 2-2 earlier in the game.

Chelsea Women – Emma Hayes’ side beat Liverpool 3-2, thanks to a hat-trick from Sam Kerr.

Charlton Athletic Women – The Addicks put on a masterclass as they beat AFC Wimbledon 5-1 at the War Memorial Sports Ground to advance into the fifth-round.

Bristol City Women – Just like the men’s side, they also booked their place in the fifth round as they won 4-0 against Oxford United.

Cardiff City Women – The Welsh side beat the New Saints 5-1 away from home.

Birmingham City Women – They beat Everton 1-0 at Walton Hall Park in what a tough game for the Midlands side.

Aston Villa Women – Villa beat Fylde 11-0 in the fourth-round at the Bescot Stadium.

Lewes Women – Lewes, who are in WSL 2 beat Ipswich Town 1-0, thanks to an Emily Kraft strike in the 76th minute.

West Ham United Women – The London side beat Wolverhampton 2-0 as two goals after the 70th minute mark sealed West Ham’s place in the fifth-round.

Tottenham Hotspur Women – Spurs Women beat London City 5-0 at Brisbane Road.
