United Hierarchy Set To Refuse Offers For Manchester United Midfielder

|

In our last Premier League fixture, against Huddersfield Town, Paul Pogba played a significant role, scoring two-goals in our 3-1 victory.

Hopefully, those two-goals and his all-round performance auger well for the future.

During the last days of Jose Mourinho’s employment, it looked very much as if Pogba’s second term at Old Trafford was coming to an end with Mourinho and the player at loggerheads.

Aware of the situation, newspaper speculation began to link the 25-year-old with a move to either Juventus or Barcelona.

However, lurking in the media this morning is the insinuation from the Telegraph, that the Manchester United executive vice-chairman, Ed Woodward, has no intention of selling the French midfielder, believing that, with two years of his contract remaining, Pogba has a massive role to play in the rejuvenation of a club that has slipped from its lofty pedestal recently.

Personally, if whoever is in charge of Manchester United can get Pogba to play as he does for France, then half of the above battle will be won.
