This summer, we`re fully expecting there to be some movement on the player front at Old Trafford.

The 2017 / 2018 season appears to be heading towards the category of ‘steady` as opposed to the ‘spectacular` one we all hoped for.

With our neighbours, Manchester City, romping towards the Premier League title and looking as if they are going to rub salt into our wounds by actually winning it in a fixture against ourselves, the Old Trafford hierarchy will be looking for some improvement next season, they`ll be looking to match Manchester City as a minimum.

To that effect we could see some major changes on the playing front, sacrifices may need to be made in order to generate additional funds to supplement the transfer war-chest that will be available.

Today, the name of Anthony Martial once again features in the media.

The news vehicle, The Independent, is leading with the suggestion that the 22-year-old Frenchman may be set to head for pastures new.

Martial, who has been unable to grab a regular place in the Manchester United starting eleven has, according to his agent, given the club no assurances that he wishes to remain at Old Trafford.

If that is the case then Martial could be moved on.

But, what are your views on the player?

Has he reached the standards you expected of him this season or has he fallen short?

Would you keep him on the books or is now the time to sell?
