Another win, in the Premier League, making it just one defeat since Ole Gunnar Solksjaer took over, has set Manchester United up nicely for a top-four finish, something that looked highly unlikely whilst Jose Mourinho was in charge.
The clamour for the Norwegian to be given the managerial role, on a permanent basis, continues to gather momentum by the day.
But has the decision been made but not announced yet?
Reading between the lines, the answer might well be yes.
The good folk of the BBC, are reporting that Solksjaer’s face is splashed all over a promotional campaign for supporters to buy tickets for the 2019 / 2020 season.
Now, if Solksjaer wasn’t to be the man in charge, it seems a strange promotional campaign for the club to float.
Talking about the promotional campaign, Solksjaer is reported by our referenced source as having remarked:
“I have done a video shoot. I am pleading for the fans to get their season tickets.
“It wasn’t strange doing it but if my kids see a commercial with me in it and I’m back home in Norway, that will be strange.”
Personally, I reckon the appointment of Solksjaer is nailed-on, but it is just a matter of when it is officially announced.
