A Fresh Piece Of Transfer Speculation Relating To Manchester United Lightens The Mood

|

I love it when a fresh piece of transfer speculation lands on our doormat.

It’s a bit like Christmas morning arriving, a dramatic movement away from the normal dirge that blights our life.

Today, I’ve awoken to not only a fresh rumour but speculation that Manchester United have made a bid for the referenced player.

This fresh wave of optimism comes courtesy of the continent and Yahoo, which suggests that Manchester United are looking to acquire the services of David Neres.

Neres, a 22-year-old striker who is on the books of the Dutch club, Ajax, is said to have been the subject of a £46 million bid from Manchester United.

Now, here at Vital Manchester United, we readily admit e know very little about the player, which is why we’ve linked to his wiki page.

However, with the striker being just 5 feet 9 inches tall, we suspect that the idea is to play him alongside Marcus Rashford.

Also, the fee would suggest, to us, that Manchester United would, if the deal goes through, be looking to offload Romelu Lukaku and / or Alexis Sanchez.

Here at Vital Manchester United, we’ll keep our eyes open for any further developments and report back if deemed necessary.
