Sancho went to the Netherlands on his training camp whilst the World Cup was on and has recently come back to Carrington, Ten Hag seems to have full faith in the 22-year-old that he can get back to his best.
The Dutch manager thinks “he is ready for the next step” but is fully aware that he can not rush Sancho to come back straight away, as Ten Hag has mentioned before about how Sancho was not fully fit to play.
This is just one of the reasons the Englishmen decided to go on the training camp and to also clear his head and take a break from social media.
Ten Hag: "Jadon [Sancho] is one – when he is fit – he will contribute, and then we have an extra option, and so we will have more chance of winning a lot of games."

At the start of the season, Sancho was firing on all cylinders having the best spell of his United career so far with the goal against Liverpool one of the marquee moments of this season for him personally but has also been seen as a turning point in United’s season.
When the former Borussia Dortmund player comes back and plays for United it will put Erik Ten Hag in a very difficult position with so many high-quality wingers to choose from.
However, this makes United better overall with more squad depth and more quality since Sir Alex Ferguson in most positions, Sancho coming back to United will not only be good for him but for the team’s hopes of top four and winning a trophy this season.
