Solksjaer Set To Orchestrate A Summer Clear-Out At United But Who’ll Be Leaving?

After taking over the managerial role in an interim capacity, replacing the axed Jose Mourinho, Ole Gunnar Solksjaer, courtesy of a string of fine results, has left the Manchester United hierarchy no alternative other than to give him the job on a permanent basis.

All that remains to be confirmed is when the official announcement is made.

But, with his role secured, the new source, the Manchester Evening News, is reporting that the Norwegian has carried out a thorough analysis of the squad he inherited from Jose Mourinho and has decided which players he feels can exit Old Trafford in the summer.

I guess it was something that was always going to happen and Solksjaer is probably aware that players will need to be moved on if he is to bring others in.

Our referenced source infers that one player who will be moving on is our Ecuadorian defender, Antonio Valencia, which doesn’t come as a surprise considering he hasn’t featured all summer.

But and this is where we want you to participate, who else can you see Manchester United getting rid of once the season ends?

Please feel free to drop the odd name or two in the comment facility beneath this article.
