Opinion: United’s Deal For Portuguese Midfielder Gets Closer To Being Completed

|

As another piece of the transfer jigsaw falls into place.

Our last utterance on the subject of the Sporting Lisbon attacking midfielder Bruno Fernandes joining us, we reported that the united-deal-for-midfielder-was-far-from-collapsing-but it was-just-at-a-delicate-stage and reported that the players’ agent was in Manchester conducting talks.

We also implied that there may be some negotiating to do regarding the transfer fee with the two clubs circa £20 million apart.

Today, it would appear, according to The Sport Witness that the deal has moved a little closer.

Our quoted source is suggesting that the 24-year-old is now sold on the deal, after talking to representatives of Manchester United.

Furthermore, our source goes on to suggest that Fernandes is due, in Manchester, for a medical.

Now, so it would seem, all Manchester United have to do is reach an amicable agreement with Sporting Lisbon over that fee.

It’s good news for United supporters but there is still a way to go to get this one over the finishing line, let’s all keep those fingers crossed.

In my own opinion, United I stand and it that am saying Paul should be let to go. Football is a game of love of a term, love of participation and love of itself. We should let go of anyone namely Paul not to inference our relationship and that of our able young players to enjoy there game

Pogba, a fantastic player ruined in man u by indiscipline; throw him off, get Bruno, a tested leader and player. Then the defence- harry maguine or matthijs de ligt should not slip off man u, get rid of matic and go for a powerhouse defensive midfielder, the likes of kante. Finish it off with an entrance of a formidable attaching force, icadi and let’s see why man u will not regain its glory.
