Manchester United Have Huge Bid For Player Rejected

In recent weeks, you cannot have failed, if you are a regular visitor to this site, have noticed the effort we’ve put in covering the plethora of media speculation linking the club with the acquisition of that top-class centre back we need.

For me, it’s been a pleasure to cover the speculation and I don’t consider that there is much chance of it coming to an end any time soon.

The reason I say that is because, lurking in the pages of the red-top publication, the Sun, is the inference that the very player I’d love to see brought in to solve the scenario, Kalidou Koulibaly, won’t be coming, unless United agree to not only exceed the current transfer record for a defender but smash it.

Our quoted source is reporting that Napoli have rejected a bid for 27-year-old Koulibaly, from United, of £95 million, an extraordinary amount.

Which begs me to ask the question, just how much do they want for the Senegalese international?

But what are your views on the subject matter?

Should United bale out now or should they continue to pursue Koulibaly however much he may cost?

Please feel free to air your views in the comment facility beneath this article.
