Enough Is Enough United Midfielder Just Needs To Go However Talented He Might Be

I’ve lost count of the number of articles I’ve written concerning the future of Paul Pogba.

In writing so many articles I’ve been meandering along a path where, deep down, I’ve been unsure as to whether the 26-year-old midfielder does have a future at Old Trafford or not.

But, at this present moment in time, I’m veering towards the distinct possibility that the Frenchman’s days, at the club, are numbered.

Although Pogba is currently side-lined, courtesy of an ankle operation, speculation is mounting that the player is set to head for the Old Trafford exit.

Leading the way is the suggestion from The Sun, that one option would see Pogba move to Real Madrid with 29-year-old Toni Kroos coming in the opposite direction.

Following close behind is the inference from Calciomercato that it isn’t La Liga where Pogba is headed but back to Serie A with his former club, Juventus.

Wherever heads to next I’ll openly admit I’ll be glad when it is all over.

What is it they say about not returning to a former club?
