Changes for Everton?

One tabloid, this morning, proudly predicts that Sir Alex Ferguson will be making several changes to the side that surrendered so meekly to Manchester City last time out in the Premier League.

It infers that after changing an entire starting eleven for the midweek Carling Cup tie against Aldershot, Sir Alex Ferguson has decided to ring the changes for the trip to Goodison Park this Saturday.

It infers that Sir Alex has decided to start with a centre-back pairing of Nemanja Vidic and Phil Jones who form a defensive back four with Chris Smalling and Fabio Da Silva.

In midfield, it goes on to suggest that Tom Cleverley and Michael Carrick will start. It also suggests that Sir Alex is happy with his front two of Wayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck which, to me, infers, that the probably starting eleven, if the tabloid is right, will be:-

De Gea, Fabio, Vidic, Jones, Smalling, Nani, Cleverley, Carrick, Young, Rooney and Welbeck.

I wonder if they`re right!
