All Is Not Well Behind The Scenes With United’s Star Striker

With wholesale changes set to be made to the Manchester United squad this summer, could the future of our French striker, Anthony Martial, be up for discussion?

Apparently so according to the media.

According to the news source, the Daily Mail, the 23-year-old Frenchman has yet to convince Ole Gunnar Solksjaer he does have a long-term future at the club.

So, what is the problem for the player who has scored so many valuable goals for the club?

Well, it seems, according to the red-top publication, the Sun, the Frenchman’s attitude, in training, hasn’t impressed Solksjaer.

But, obviously hearing this, those inside Martial’s inner camp are not prepared to see the player branded with such criticism and the local news source, the Manchester Evening News, is reporting that Martial’s managerial agency has taken to Instagram to defend their asset.

It’s not quite the run-of-the-mill stuff you’d expect when it comes to a possible/probable transfer but perhaps that’s the way things are heading now in a game that is far different from the one I grew up loving.

But what is your view on Anthony Martial?

Should he remain at Old Trafford and play a part in the future of our club or is now the time ripe to sell him?
