A Swap Deal Mooted By The Italian Media Could Prove Interesting For Manchester United Supporters

The team selections, since Ole Gunnar Solksjaer took charge, would suggest that the Norwegian prefers to use Marcus Rashford as his central striker.

As a consequence, Romelu Lukaku has been forced to play in a wider position, now whether the Belgian is happy with that remains to be seen.

However, with Rashford having picked up a knock, Lukaku has shown that he is still a more than decent striker, scoring 3 goals in the last 2 games.

This morning though, we’ve awoken to media speculation that insists the 25-year-old could be heading out of the Old Trafford exit door.

According to the Express, Lukaku is wanted by the Serie A side Inter Milan.

Our referenced source goes on to explain that in order to push through a deal, Inter Milan are ready to offer their Argentine striker, Mauro Icardi, as part of a swap deal.

Icardi, 26-years-of-age, has had a fractious relationship with Inter in recent times and, obviously, the Milan based club are keen to resolve it one way or another.

But what are your thoughts on a possible swap deal involving Lukaku and Icardi, is it something you’d approve of?
