This is a strange one!

After following rumours that Wilfried Zaha, the last big-money signing made by Sir Alex Ferguson, was available for £7 million, with Manchester United prepared to cut their losses on the player, this morning it is being reported, by numerous media vehicles, Zaha could more than likely be on his way back to Crystal Palace.

The grapevine suggests that a proposed move to Newcastle isn`t one the player favours with Zaha said to be keen on a move back to his South London roots.

To that effect it is being suggested that Zaha will return to Crystal Palace for an initial fee of £2 million which will rise significantly if the player helps keep Tony Pulis` side in the Premier League.
