With the game between Manchester United and Liverpool almost upon us it would be churlish to not reveal who you voted for as your man-of-the-match in our previous fixture, the midweek trip to Crystal Palace.

In a game that had a thrilling finish, whereby Nemanja Matic scored a dramatic stoppage-time finish to give Manchester United the victory that gave them second-place back again, two of the starting eleven dominated the voting.

The two that achieved the highest percentage of the votes being Scott McTominay and David de Gea.

As it turns out, it was the latter, David de Gea, who topped the voting with 34% with McTominay taking a respectable 15% of the votes cast.

Here at Vital Manchester United we`d like to thank you for participating and ask that you take this opportunity to vote in our latest poll which asks you to predict the outcome of the game against Liverpool this Saturday lunch-time.
