Yet Another Crisis Looms Large For Manchester United

|

With the change in the managerial hot-seat, earlier this week, I hoped that the appointment of Ole Gunnar Solksjaer would herald a positive upturn in media coverage of our club.

Sadly, it appears I was wrong!

Today, lurking in the pages of the tabloid publication, the Sun, is the news that the highest earner at our club, Alexis Sanchez, could well have committed something that could land him in hot water.

According to our referenced news source, 30-year-old Sanchez had a bet with Marcus Rojo that Jose Mourinho would be sacked before Christmas, with the size of the bet said to be around the £20,000 mark.

With Mourinho now part of our history, as opposed to our future, Sanchez, via the social media vehicle, WhatsApp is said to have reminded Rojo of the need to settle his debt.

Now, if the article is true, we wouldn’t be too surprised if the Chilean found himself hauled before the authorities to explain himself and accept the inevitable punishment.

Can we now have only good news about our fine club from now on in?
