Life is dandy for Danny Welbeck in the international set-up.

The youngster, hoping for a start on Friday evening as England take on Montenegro, has commented on how the England set-up appears to have changed.

Not too long ago Paul Scholes commented on how certain cliques exist whereby players from the same clubs tended to associate with each other and domestic rivalries prevented a real team bonding from taking place.

Well it appears that Fabio Capello has changed matters with Danny reporting from inside the England camp,

“I have not felt that yet and hopefully I don`t. I am good friends with Andy Carroll, I speak t him and I haven`t felt any of that club hatred yet. I am good friends with Micah Richards as well. All the lads are great. They have been very welcoming.”

“They are not trying to push you to the side and there is a great set-up in the camp.”

Ah! Finally the sound of progress!
