As you`d expect, Louis van Gaal didn`t look to be the happiest of chaps when the final whistle went yesterday.

After going on a run whereby, at stages, United looked almost unbeatable the wheels have firmly fallen off the bus recently and now we look very beatable.

Ahead of the game yesterday, our home record had been very impressive but West Brom defended resolutely, rode their luck and snatched an unlikely winner through a deflected free-kick whilst having only 20 per cent of the possession.

Speaking to the media afterwards, our Dutch manager had this to say,

‘We knew in advance that they’d park the bus, we have to deal with that.

‘In the second half we had enough chances – you have to finish. It’s now the third match. . We have to take care of that. It’s very difficult.’

It might be but then again if you take your chances – the Van Persie penalty and the McNair free header, you alter the shape of the game dramatically.
