Following on from the unimpressive 0-0 draw with Southampton, on Saturday, Manchester United appear to have fallen foul of the Football Association.
It appears the Football Association have taken umbrage to an incident involving Manchester United`s Ashley Young and the Southampton player Dusan Tadic.
In an incident that the referee, Craig Pawson, missed, Young appeared to catch Tadic with an elbow.
Faced with a violent conduct charge, Young has until 17:00 hours, on Sunday, to respond to the charge.
If Young, 32-years-of-age, is found guilty then he is likely to receive a three-game ban, probably the last thing Manchester United need with someone so dependable right now in a variety of positions and with the sides form faltering.
