Two familiar sides and one very unfamiliar club!

I`d imagine it is not a competition that Jose Mourinho would want to take too seriously, the Europa League, however, it is another trophy to be won and yesterday the draw for the group stages was made.

Manchester United have been placed in Goup A, along with Fenerbahce, Feyenoord and the Ukrainian side Zorva Luhansk.

The six group ties will be played on:

? 15 September
? 29 September
? 20 October
? 3 November
? 24 November
? 8 December

All Thursday nights, thereby meaning the fixtures following those ties will, if not already scheduled for a Sunday or Monday live broadcast, will be switched to a Sunday,

One quirk of the draw is that the ties against Fenerbahce will United come face to face with our former striker Robin van Persie.
