The words top-four are becoming something akin to the clubs mantra as the end of the 2015 / 2016 season approaches.

You kind of get the feeling that if Manchester United don`t finish in the top-four in the Premier League and miss out on Champions League football next season the sky will go the darkest shade of black and the ground will open up and swallow most of humanity.

The latest to talk about the minimum requirement for Manchester United is our summer signing Matteo Darmian.

Darmian, who has been in and out of the side this season courtesy of injuries, has realised what playing for Manchester United is all about when he`s remarked to the press,

‘I think Manchester United is the biggest club in the world so there is a lot of pressure.

“They expect that we win all the games.

‘If we work hard we have a big chance. We won the last two games so we want to continue on this way.’

Yes we do, but the fixture at White Hart Lane, this Sunday, is quite probably the hardest fixture we have left this season, in the Premier League, but a result is imperative if that minimum requirement is to be achieved.
