United Trio Linked With Juventus Moves And As Far As I’m Concerned Two Can Definitely Go

|

The recent summer transfer window didn’t quite see the plethora of transfer activity I’d expected to happen at Old Trafford.

However, there’s nothing to say, considering our disappointing start to the season, that the transfer window next summer could be different.

Already, speculation is appearing, courtesy of The Mirror, picking up on some gossip in the Italian media, that the reigning Serie A title holders, Juventus, could be set to make a summer raid on Old Trafford.

Our quoted source is of the opinion that the trio of David de Gea, Eric Bailly and Nemanja Matic are on the Turin based clubs’ radar.

My own view is that, out of the three, I’d only be disappointed if David de Gea were to leave, the other two are, to put it mildly, not good enough for the team if the long term aim is to overhaul Manchester City as the leading club in English football.

But, is that a view you concur with or a view you disagree with?

Please feel free to offer your viewpoint in the comment facility beneath this article.

Degea is and has been one of the major problems at Man Utd for the last 18 months. He has been holding the club to ransom now for much too long by demanding rediculous contact terms. The goalkeeper lacks the courage needed to play at the top level. His capability to command his penalty box and his poor distribution is far inferior to his peers. He only creates confusion and indecision amongst his teammates and is a nightmare to play with. Stop allowing this man to drag Man Utds reputation through the mud and destroying the morale of the squad and get rid now.
