In an earlier front-page article, we covered the speculation linking Manchester United with a move for the Tottenham Hotspur full-back Danny Rose.

Today (Sunday), the speculation has moved on slightly.

The good folk of the popular red-top publication, the Mirror, is heavily hinting that an offer, to Tottenham Hotspur, will be forthcoming in January.

Our referenced source suggests that Manchester United will offer the North London club a package said to be of the magnitude of £40 million with the deal also said to include Manchester United`s out-of-favour left-back, Luke Shaw.

But, will the inclusion of Luke Shaw tempt Daniel Levy to renege on his promise to not sell Danny Rose to a Premier League title chasing club?

Personally, I don`t think he will, but how about you?
