Could the barren end to last season, with only the Carling Cup victory to remember trophy-wise, make things end different this year?

It`s an absorbing question but a question that Nani has mulled over as he contemplates a long summer, albeit several weeks away, when he`s quoted as having remarked in the tabloid press,

“Last summer I could not stop thinking about how Chelsea beat us to the league.”

“Thanks to God I could distract myself with getting on with the World Cup.”

“This summer there is no World Cup. The summer will be long and I want to go on holiday with a big smile on my face after winning at least one title.”

“We know nothing is won yet and we have to maintain our consistency application and focus to win any.”

My belief is that the Premier League is ours to lose, as for the Champions League, let`s get past Chelsea and then see how it goes shall we!
