Following the completion of the signing of Victor Lindelof, from Benfica, could Manchester United be ready to sign a second player from the Portuguese side?

According to the Mirror, that could well be the case.

Our referenced source is suggesting that Jose Mourinho may wish to add the midfielder Anderson Talisca to his squad.

Talisca, 23-years-of-age, is rated in the £15 million bracket and spent last season on loan at the Turkish club, Besiktas.

Whilst with Besiktas, Talisca scored 17 times and provided 6 assists in 33 appearances as Besiktas strode to the Turkish title.

Although primarily a midfielder, Talisca is versatile enough to play as a striker, as the above statistics prove.

Talking about a possible move to Old Trafford, Talisca is quoted by our source as having remarked,
‘I’ve had a good season, and Mourinho has a love for me that exists, I will not lie.

‘It’s a dream, something that all players want. As I said, his love is old and I like his work. He’s a great coach and I hope everything works out.’

Could Talisca be about to be added to the squad to give it some additional depth?
