Ji-Sung Park captained South Korea in their opening Group B game against Greece and gave his nation the perfect start to 2010.

Ji-Sung Park scored the crucial second goal to give South Korea a great opportunity to progress to the next round in a group that also contains Argentina and Nigeria.

However, this could be the last World Cup that Park participates in with the Manchester United player doubting that the continual travel qualifying involves is taking it`s toll on his body.

This is what he had to say to the media,

“I haven`t made a firm decision.”

“But it`s very hard to travel from continent to continent. From having gone through the process enough, I can foresee my body not being able to handle it by then.”

What better way to say cheerio to international football than by helping his side through to the knockout stages!
