After seeing off the gallant attempts of Wolves in the last round, Manchester United supporters eagerly awaited the draw for the Carling Cup quarter-finals.

Held on Saturday lunch-time the draw gave us a tough task if we are to keep hold of the trophy and win it for a third year on the trot.

After being drawn away to Scunthorpe and then at home to Wolves, we were draw away, with West Ham United the opposition.

Now West Ham may be rooted to the bottom of the Premier League but they`re dreaming of Wembley and if Sir Alex Ferguson does do his normal thing and play his lesser known players, it could be a hard and unpredictable night.

The draw also gives Rio Ferdinand and Michael Carrick the chance to return to familiar surroundings!
