It`s a piece of transfer tittle-tattle that just won`t go away!

This season, Marouane Fellaini has been an integral part of the Manchester United squad, the midfielder has, through his efforts, become something of a fans favourite at Old Trafford, with the Belgian international adding an extra dimension to Manchester United`s play.

However, the 29-year-old is out of contract come the end of the season and there is no guarantee that he will sign another, especially as his role in the side often relates to coming off the bench to make a late impact in games.

Bearing that in mind, it`s not surprising that speculation relating to a possible move away from Old Trafford has raised its head again.

The Turkish news source, Turkish Football, is, once again, running with the suggestion that Fellaini is wanted by the Turkish side, Besiktas.

It also points out that, with his contract expiring at the end of the season, Fellaini is free to talk to other clubs come the opening of the January transfer window and is free to agree to a preliminary contract.

It remains to be seen whether Manchester United can persuade Fellaini that his future, certainly for the next two or three years, lies at Old Trafford.

Here at Vital Manchester United we`ll keep an eye out for any further developments and report back as deemed necessary.
