When it comes to the constant muttering relating to Manchester United looking to add a centre-back to their ranks, I, like most, naturally assumed the club were looking to bring in an established star.
But is that necessarily the case?
Could, instead, the club be looking to bring in a youngster who has already established himself as a starter at his club, somebody who has started to impress and someone who could, quite possibly, become a real star of the future?
If so, that could be the reason why, today, according to the news source, the Sun, are insinuating that Manchester United are taking a close look at the Galatasaray centre-back, Ozan Kabak.
Kabak, just 18-years-of-age, is rated in the £20 million bracket and is also being watched by Arsenal, Roma and Inter Milan.
Here at Vital Manchester United, we’ll keep a close eye out for any further developments and report back as deemed necessary.
