United Linked To A Move For A Soon To Be Out Of Contract Winger

|

If it’s not a defender Manchester United are linked to, by a piece of transfer tittle-tattle, it is invariably a winger.

This morning the name of another winger who might be perceived as the answer to one of our ills has been thrust in our direction by the media,

According to the Portuguese media vehicle, cmjornal, Manchester United are interested in Yacine Brahmi, an Algerian international who is currently on the books of the Portuguese club, Porto.

Seemingly, the 29-year-old is a free agent come the end of the 2018 / 2019 season, a fact that has prompted our quoted source to imply Manchester United are among a trio of Premier League clubs who are, supposedly, interested in the winger with Everton and Wolverhampton Wanderers being the other two.

Now, it’s hard to decide whether Manchester United’s interest is genuine or whether our name has been put in the frame by the players’ agent, desperate to hike up supposed interest in his client.

But, personally, I’d not perceive Brahmi as being the answer to our width problem would you?
