1 – Webb joined Manchester United in 1989 for a fee of £1.5 million.

2 – Webb snapped his achilles tendon after playing just a few games for Manchester United and was out of action for almost a year.

3 – In the 1990 FA Cup Final, he hit a 50 yard pass to Lee Martin who then scored the winning goal, making it one of the most memorable moments of Webb`s career.

4 – Webb received 26 caps in 5 years for England, and was also the 1,000th player to be capped for the squad.
