Well he`s certainly got one!

We can only surmise that Yaya Toure is quite happy to be the big fish in a little pond!

That would be as opposed to sitting amongst several bigger fishes in a much larger pond.

This morning the tabloids are full of articles carrying quotes from Manchester City`s overpaid Barcelona reject. Quotes that suggest Yaya is perfectly happy to chase the unknown – a trophy for City, rather than stiffen up the midfield of the City of Manchester`s most famous team.

Speaking about the move, Yaya had this to say,

“Last year Manchester United were interested in signing me.”

“When I was talking about renewing my contract, United asked if I wanted to sign.”

“Manchester United is a big club, one of the biggest in the world. But City was an interesting challenge for me.”

So it had nothing to do with the reputed £200,000 a week they`re prepared to pay you then?
