Don’t you just love the way things can change in a matter of days when it comes to the future of a player.
Earlier this week, speculation, as reported by Vital Manchester United – maybe-the-unthinkable-is-set-to-happen-when-it-comes-to-the-united-future-of-paul-pogba – seemed to indicate that our French midfielder, Paul Pogba, was set to not only remain at Old Trafford but could be on the verge of signing a new deal.
Today (Friday) that scenario, according to The Sun is set for a complete about-turn.
Our quoted source is reporting that the Old Trafford hierarchy have decided that now is the time to move the 27-year-old on and are willing to accept offers in the region of £100 million for the World Cup winner.
If that is the case, it remains to be seen whether the likes of Juventus and Real Madrid reignite their interest in the player.
Here at Vital Manchester United, we’d just be relieved to hear that Pogba’s future has been decided one way or another, the continual suspense is doing nobody any favours, especially when it comes to the club taking a huge step forward and re-establishing themselves as a major force in not only English but also European football.
