Gabriel Barbosa, given the nickname of ‘Gabigol’ for his goalscoring exploits in Brazil with Santos is viewed as one of the biggest and brightest talents in football, he’s already been capped twice at senior level with Brazil and got himself two-goals.

He’s seen as being a little ‘rough around the edges’ and might need a bit of work on him temperament but the raw ingredients appear to be there to make him another huge Brazilian talent and rumour has it he’ll shortly be making his way to Manchester United.

Gabigol will becoming the latest of Jose Mourinho’s signings this summer with the Sun claiming United will ‘blow the opposition out of the water’ in order to gain his signature.

Inter Milan, who had an offer accepted according to the Santos president, Leicester, Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid and Juventus have all shown interest in Gabigol but his destination will be United.

The 19-year-olds focus has been on the Olympics, where he’s played alongside Barcelona’s Neymar and new Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus, with talks of transfers being put to one side but as the 19-year-old nears his return to club football could this be at Old Trafford?

A £30m offer will be made before the end of the month with it anticipated he’ll be joining the club.
