After a nervy first-half Manchester United emerged comfortable victors in the first-leg of their last-32 Europa League fixture with St Etienne.

? In 17 appearances at Old Trafford, since arriving in the summer, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has played a part in 18 goals, the Swedish striker has scored 12 and provided 6 assists.

? The clean-sheet kept last night makes it 5 clean-sheets on the bounce, the first time Jose Mourinho has overseen this feat since November 2011 when he was in charge at Real Madrid.

? With David de Gea rested, Sergio Romero was given the keepers jersey. It is now 6 consecutive clean-sheets for our back-up keeper who hasn`t seen his net ripple since a penalty from Alex Revell did so against Northampton Town in September 2016.
