Tonight – 4-3 Could Easily Become 5-4 Read On

|

Six games into the new Premier League season and an interesting statistic has emerged relating to the two teams that go head-to-head at Old Trafford this evening, Manchester United and Arsenal.

It would appear, that when it comes to penalties this season, both sides hold a record.

In the six games Manchester United have played they’ve been awarded four penalties, more than any other side in the Premier League so far.

But, when it comes to Arsenal, they are also record holders with the Gunners having conceded three penalties already this season, more than any other Premier League side.

I wonder what the odds are on Arsenal conceding a penalty tonight, making the above ratio 5:4 and if they do, with Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba likely to be missing from the team tonight, who’ll take responsibility for any Manchester United spot-kick?

I’m plumping for Daniel James, he seems to have the testicular fortitude necessary!
