Back in May 2013, Manchester United travelled to the Hawthorns to take on West Bromwich Albion.

The game was Sir Alex Ferguson`s 1500th and final game as the manager of Manchester United.

It was to be a game like no other.

When the final whistle sounded, the score-line was a staggering 5-5.

One of the current Manchester United starting eleven played a very prominent role that day.

Romelu Lukaku hit a stunning hat-trick but, at that stage of his career, it wasn`t for Manchester United.

Lukaku, a couple of years younger, was on a season-long loan spell, from Chelsea, with West Bromwich Albion, before eventually moving to Everton from where, last summer, Manchester United signed him.

If Romelu Lukaku can discover his scoring boots this afternoon and net a hat-trick, he will go into the record books as the only player to have scored a hat-trick for both clubs in a Premier League fixture.

Could it possibly happen?
