In our hast to mention, yesterday, that Manchester United had contacted UEFA to seek a reduction in ticket prices for the Athletico Bilbao fixture, we forgot to mention one thing!
That thing, in all honesty, was probably the most important aspect of the article, namely the price Athletico want to charge United fans to attend the Europa League fixture, in Bilbao, on March 15th.
Well here goes!
Apparently, United are being offered 2000 tickets for the fixture with the tickets costing a staggering £77.50 each!
No wonder the suited gentlemen, at Old Trafford, have lodged a protest with UEFA!
